Tony has 30 years construction experience. He has been with J.L. Viele Construction for the past 27 years building residential, retail, food service, hotel, and educational projects ranging from $100,000 to $16,000,000. Tony and his wife Francisca live in Eagle and have two children, Michael and Charles.

Scott Ashburn, Project Manager
Scott, a native of Colorado, is a graduate of the University of Denver with a BSBA in Real Estate & Construction Management. With J.L. Viele Construction, Scott has been directly involved with the numerous projects in Eagle Ranch Village including Starbucks and the Eagle Ranch Fitness Center. Currently Scott is managing a custom residence in Mountain Star. Scott is also working with Habitat for Humanity acting as Project Director for a home being built in Edwards. Before joining J.L. Viele Construction, Scott worked in Denver for the Lennar Family of Builders including US Home, Laureate, and Genesee. Scott enjoys traveling as well as attending sporting events and concerts.

Lindsey Kraft, Project Engineer
Lindsey is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Engineering, Civil Specialty and a B.S. in Economics. Lindsey came to J.L. Viele Construction after gaining some valuable experience with internships in civil engineering at Civil Design Group, and in large scale construction with Hensel Phelps Construction Company. Since joining Viele Construction in 2004, Lindsey has been involved with many aspects of the construction process, spending time working in design, estimating and project management. As a Colorado native, Lindsey enjoys pretty much any activity that takes her outside, including but not limited to, skiing, hiking, biking, fishing and camping. Lindsey lives in Gypsum with her husband Casey and dog Dillon.

Scott Davidson, Project Manager
Moving from Connecticut to Denver 6 years ago Scott received a BSBA in Construction Management from the University of Denver. For the past 2 years he worked for Pulte Homes. Since joing J.L. Viele, he has been overseeing the various projects being built at Eagle Ranch. Scott enjoys fly fishing, skiing and lacrosse.
