Leo Hilsendager, Superintendent

Leo offers 33 years of construction experience, of which the last 15 years has been with J.L. Viele Construction. He has built multi-family, single-family residential, educational, religious, retail, and governmental projects ranging from $250,000 to $8,000,000. Leo and his wife Joanna, have two children, Melissa and Jeremy.

Warren Hancock, Superintendent

Warren has lived in Colorado since 1995 and been working in construction since 1997. Warren is a graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology. He offers experience in construction projects ranging from residential multi-family homes to commercial renovation. Warren enjoys skiing and hiking with his dog in his free time.
