Addison Lofts is a new addition to the Eagle Ranch community.  The building, located on Capitol Street, will have four commercial spaces on the ground level with four loft style condos above.  This 12,000 square foot project is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2008.

Beaver Creek Children's Ski School

Breaking ground in mid July of 2007 this project involves building a 4,700 square foot Children's Ski School facility at the top of the new Buckaroo Gondola at Beaver Creek Resort.

Mountain Star, Private Residence

Started in September 2007, this project is a 10,000 square foot residential home located in the Mountain Star area of the Vail Valley.  Anticipated completion date is Spring 2009.

The Tower Residences

Designed to compliment the resorts European elegance, the entire Lion Square Lodge North Complex will undergo a comprehensive revitalization.  Currently, the Lion Square North building is being redone, adding additional square footage to existing units, redoing the building facade and building underground parking.  The project also includes the addition of two towers with nine new residences.

Beaver Creek, Private Residence

Located in Beaver Creek this luxury ski in/ski out home of approximately 5,000 square feet received an extensive interior remodel.  A new entertainment area with plasma TV and state of the art sound system, new Alder kitchen cabinetry and stainless Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, expanded ski room with boot & glove dryers and expanded garage storage with plenty of space for all the family toys.
